SANAA, Aug. 13 (YPA) – Member of the Supreme Political Council Mohammed Ali al-Houthi on Tuesday said that the continued siege on al-Durayhimi city in Hodeidah province has proved the failure of peace and is evidence of the lack of good intentions.
Al-Houthi criticized the United Nations’ failure to deliver assistance to the trapped residents in al-Durayhimi city that has been besieged by Saudi-led coalition forces for months.
On his Twitter account, al-Houthi addressed the United Nations saying “the convoy you sent several months ago is not enough for the trapped people in al-Durayhimi.”
“If you are unable to deliver food and medicine to the trapped people in al-Durayhimi, announce that to the world,” he added.
