ADEN, Aug. 12 (YPA) -The Saudi-appointed governor of the Central Bank of Aden Hafidh Meyyad resigned on Monday after his house was attacked and looted by the UAE-backed militias in Yemen’s southern city of Aden.
According to sources, Meyyad told the Saudi-backed resigned Hadi in Riyadh that “he will not be able to work and manage the bank from Aden due to the current circumstances.”
