Health ministry affirms full readiness to deal with heavy rains’ accidents

SANAA, Aug. 7 (YPA) – Yemeni Health ministry’s spokesman Yousif al-Hadhari said on Wednesday that the ministry would be full readiness in all hospitals to deal with heavy rains’ accidents in all provinces, especially in Hodeidah.

Al-Hadhari affirmed in a statement the step came in coordination with Yemen Red Crescent Swiss Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to send medical teams with ambulances to places might be threatened by the floods.

He called on all citizens to cooperate with the ambulance teams and to stay off dangerous places of floods and valleys to preserve their lives.
