Update 2: 11 Saudi-led airstrike hit populated areas in Saada

SAADA, Aug. 6 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition’s warplanes on Tuesday waged 11 air raids on populated areas of Sahar district in Saada province, northern Yemen.

The coalition aircrafts targeted separate populated areas in the border district of Sahar with six airstrikes, leaving large damage to citizens’ property.

Earlier in the day, five airstrikes hit several residential areas in the same district.

On Monday, the coalition fighter jets launched five raids on Saada, including three raids targeted different areas in Baqem district and two others on Kutaf district.
