Industry Ministry discusses draft executive regulations to complete its legislative structure

SANAA, Aug. 5 (YPA) – Minister of Industry and Trade Abdulwahab al-Durrah on Monday confirmed that the ministry is working on completing its legislative structure related to the laws and regulations organizing the work of the ministry and its bodies.

At the meeting held at the ministry to discuss the draft executive regulations of the Commercial Registration Law No. 33 for the year 1991 and its amendments, the Minister stressed the importance of taking into account the current situation and conditions experienced by the country as a result of the aggression and siege and providing facilities to investors and the private sector.

The meeting reviewed the report of the committee responsible for preparing the draft regulations, which includes the committee’s vision on the amendments and their importance for developing the work and addressing the problems facing the work, trade disputes and grievances on trade names.
