Update: Army controls 3 Saudi military sites in Najran

NAJRAN, July 30 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by popular committees on Tuesday controlled three Saudi military sites during an offensive off al-Sudais area in the frontier front of Najran, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the offensive resulted in casualties in ranks of the Saudi army mercenaries, and the rest of them fled leaving bodies of their dead on the battlefield, while a Bradley vehicle was destroyed with a guided missile.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni army’s snipers damaged two Saudi military vehicles in Marba al-Hammad area, while a number of mercenaries were killed and wounded in artillery shelling on their gatherings in Marba Shaja western Najran.

On Monday, Zizlal-1 missile and artillery shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi army troops and mercenaries in Taybat Alesm camp in al-AJasher desert and off al-Sudais and al-Boqa desert, which left casualties and losses in gear.
