Report: Army steps up military attack against coalition militias

SANN, April 14 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Saturday stepped up a military attack against sites of coalition-backed militias in several provinces over the past 24 hours, inflicting large losses , a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

In border province of Jizan, the army fired a ballistic missile, Badr1, on al-Faisal military city.

Four military vehicles loading Saudi soldiers were destroyed by the army in al-Majazi’a site.

In Asir, the army foiled collation militants’ attack towards Alib crossing point, killing and wounding dozens, while the artillery shelling targeted Saudi soldiers in al-Masila sites.

In al-Buqa front, the army repulsed an attack of the coalition militants on al-Buq desert and al-Sudis, killing, wounding several of them, including top commanders, also the army destroyed a military vehicle in al-Ashajar desert.

In Taiz , the army carried out a military operation against the militants in western coast, killing 15 militants and destroying several military vehicles.

In Medi front, the artillery of the army hit groups of the militants in Medi desert.

In Dhallea, the army’s sniper killed a militant in al-Khashabah front in Qatabah area.

In Jawf, dozens of the militants were killed and others injured and three vehicles were destroyed in the army’s attacks in Khab Washaf district.
