SANAA, July 21 (YPA) – A high-level delegation from Hamas’ political bureau arrived Saturday in Tehran the capital of Iran, for a multi-day official visit.

Saleh al-Arawi, deputy head of the Hamas movement, heads the delegation, which includes Musa Abu Marzouk, Maher Salah, Ezzat al-Rasheed, Zaher Jabarin, Hossam Badran, Osama Hamdan, Ismail Radwan and Khaled Kaddumi.
Earlier on Saturday, Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas’ political bureau, said in a direct interview organized by the Palestinian Association for Communication and Information in Istanbul via closed-circuit television with Haniyeh from Gaza, that a senior leadership delegation from the movement is visiting Tehran today.
Haniyeh expressed his hope that the visit would achieve “significant results”, without providing explanations on the purpose of the visit.
