Fuel station blast causes huge fire in Aden

ADEN, July 19 (YPA) – A strong explosion occurred at “Baashan” station for selling oil derivative in al-Boriqa area in the southern port city of Aden, sources reported on Friday.

The explosion was followed by a huge fire in the station, and smoke poles were seen rising in the sky of the city, the sources added.

“The fire caused large damage to the station,” eyewitnesses said, without mentioning if there were any victims as a result of the fire, which was put out after an hour from its outbreak.
