6.9 magnitude earthquake hits Australia

SANAA, July 14 (YPA) – The US Geological Survey announced on Sunday that a magnitude 6.9 quake hit the coastal resort of Broome in western Australia.

According to Reuters, there were no reports of damage or injuries from the quake.
The agency said its epicenter was at a depth of 33 km, about 203 km from the city in Western Australia.
