Update: Army repels 2 large-scale attacks of coalition’s mercenaries in Asir

ASIR, July 8  (YPA) –The Yemen army on Monday repelled two large-scale attacks of coalition-backed mercenaries in Asir border province, a military official told Yemen press agency.
Dozens of the mercenaries were killed and injured during repelling their attacks in front of Alb border crossing.
The attack of the mercenaries was backed by coalition’s Apache helicopters which launched five strikes on sites of the army with out achieving any progress.

The army also targeted the mercenaries with explosive devices, killing and injuring more than 30 of the mercenaries.
