Fighting corruption is one of pillars of state building: President al-Mashat

SANAA, July 8 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Monday considered the fight against corruption an essential cornerstone for building the state, without which no development could be achieved.

During his meeting with Head of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC) Dr. Mohammed al-Ghashm, President al-Mashat stressed that the Authority should work with all its energies to combat and reduce corruption.

The president confirmed that the state would make every effort to help SNACC to overcome all the difficulties facing it.

The meeting reviewed the arrangements made by the Authority to carry out its work and support trends of building the modern Yemeni state according to the national vision.
