Transport Minister urges CAMA to accomplish automation project

SANAA, July 6 (YPA) – Minister of Transport Zakaria al-Shami on Saturday stressed the importance of completing the automation project for the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Authority (CAMA) in all technical, professional, administrative and financial aspects.

During his meeting with Chairman of CAMA – Head of the Automation Committee – Dr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Abdulqadir and technical specialists, the minister listened to the reasons behind the delay in completing the project and the technical problems facing the committee.

Al-Shami urged the committee to expedite the completion of the project that would contribute to keeping abreast of the latest developments in the field of civil aviation locally and internationally.
