Yemen condemns Israeli occupation rocket attack on Syria

SANAA, July 2 (YPA) – Yemen’s Foreign Affairs Ministry on Tuesday strongly condemned in Israeli occupation forces’ rocket attacks on Damascus, the capital of Syria and killed and wounded a number of citizens.

The Ministry said in a statement that the attack is a flagrant violation of the Syrian sovereignty and the international conventions.

The ministry renewed Yemen’s strict stance towards the Syrian people and its government in confronting Israeli occupation terrorism.

The statement called on the international community to condemn repeated violations by Israel’s occupation and respect the international law and the states’sovereignty.
