SANAA, July 1 (YPA) – At least ten people were killed when a small plane crashed into a hangar while it was taking off from an airport, an official at Edison Airport, Texas, said.
Darcy Nozel, deputy director of the airport located in a commercial area 24 kilometers north of Dallas, said the Beechcraft BE-350 King Air twin-engine crashed on Sunday and caught fire.
She added that the plane was on its way to Florida and said no one was reported to have been injured on the ground.
Investigators from the US National Transport Safety Authority are scheduled to arrive at the scene later in the day.
No further details on the circumstances of the incident were immediately available, she added.
