Shura discusses implementing economic aspects of national vision

SANAA, June 29 (YPA) – The Shura Council’s Economic Committee headed by Speaker of the Council Mohammed al-Aidarous on Saturday discussed the Council’s role in translating economic aspects of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state into reality.

Al-Aidarous said that the meeting comes in the framework of strengthening the role of the economic front to foil the aggression schemes aiming at destroying the economy components of the country.

He referred to the constitutional powers of the Shura Council, which puts the council in charge of studying the economic and financial issues, plans and programs related to economic development projects.

The Council’s speaker stressed the importance of implementing the plan of the economic committee emanating from the national vision of building the modern Yemeni state.
