Army foils Saudi army attempts in retaking over military sites in Najran: Army Spokesman

SANAA, June 17 (YPA) – Yemen’s army spokesman Yahiya Sarie in a press statement on Monday said that the army foiled several attempts by Saudi army for retaking over military sites in Najran province over the past 24 hours.

The operation killed and wounded dozens of the Saudi army, as well destroyed eight military vehicles in al-Ajshar desert in despite of tens air strikes by the coalition warplanes on the Yemeni army sites, Sarie added.

The spokesman said that the Yemeni army managed the success to lure Saudi army groups into the minefields in the desert.
