7 civilians killed, 9 wounded in Saudi-led airstrikes on Saada

SAADA, April 9 (YPA) – At least seven civilians were killed on Monday and nine others injured, including women and children, in Saudi-led coalition’s airstrikes on Yemen’s northern province of Saada, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

Two airstrikes stuck citizens’ shops near Al-Tawheed School and Ibn Sina Hospital in the center of Saada city, killing two people and injuring seven others, including four schoolgirls.

Three civilians, including a child, were killed and another child was wounded when an airstrike hit  Burkan area in the border district of Razih, according to the official.

Moreover, an elderly woman and a girl were also killed and another girl was injured due to a Saudi rocket and artillery bombing on the same district.
