Citizen Killed In Yemen’s Aden

ADEN, June 16 (YPA) – A civilian was killed on late Saturday in the southern port city of Aden, local sources told Yemen Press Agency on Sunday.

According to the sources, unknown gunmen opened fire towards the citizen while he was inside his car in al-Snafar triangle in Sheikh Othman district, killing him instantly.

The gunmen fled the scene, one of the sources said.

The attack was the latest in a series of assassinations targeting political figures, clerics and security officials in the UAE occupation forces-held Aden.

Aden and other southern provinces, under the control of the UAE occupation forces, have been witnessing mass assassinations amid the spread of terrorist groups of al-Qaeda and Daesh.
