Meeting in Sanaa discusses cement plants’ role in reconstruction

SANAA, May 29 (YPA) – Deputy Prime Minister for Development and Economic Affairs Dr. Hussein Maqboli on Tuesday headed a meeting in the capital Sanaa to discuss the role of cement factories in the reconstruction.

The meeting dealt with the situation of the Yemeni General Corporation for Manufacturing and Marketing Cement and its plans for the next phase.

In the meeting, Dr. Maqboli praised the efforts of Amran Cement Factory in the development process and its contribution to the operation of cement factories in the country.

The meeting touched on the modernization plans to improve the efficiency of Amran Factory and its production.
