Yemen army launches 2 offensive in Taiz
TAIZ, May 2 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Thursday carried out two offensives against sites of coalition-backed mercenaries in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The mercenaries were inflicted heavy losses in lives and military equipment during the offensive in Jahmalyah front, added the official.
Dozens of the mercenaries were killed and injured during another offensive in Wazayah junction, said the official.
Furthermore, the army fired Katyusha rockets at the mercenaries’ gatherings near Khaled camp, causing direct casualties.
