Parliament approves amendment of tax law articles

SANAA, April 30 (YPA) – Speaker of Yemeni parliament Yahya Ali Al-Raie on Tuesday approved a draft amendment of some articles of law No. 17 for 2010 on income taxes.

During its weekly session, the speaker said the move came Income in line of a report of the Joint Committee formed by the constitutional Affairs and manpower committees on the taxes.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister Abdul Aziz bin Habtour thanked the council on approval on his government’s request to withdraw a draft law to stimulate the cash supply of tax benefits during the session.
