President al-Mashat issues directives to Gov’t before Ramadan

SANAA, April 28 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Sunday directed the National Salvation Government to submit an inclusive report on the measures it has taken to prevent manipulation of prices and provide citizens’ needs before Ramadan.

During his meeting with Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, the President was briefed on the field campaign carried out by the government to control prices, to assure the provision of food commodities and domestic gas for citizens, and to protect the consumer from exploitation and manipulation.

President al-Mashat also directed the prime minister to instruct Mayor of the capital to implement a cleaning campaign to remove remnants of rain and floods from streets and neighborhoods of the capital before the month of Ramadan.
