15 Saudi-led airstrikes hit Sanaa, Dhamar, Mahweet

SANAA, April 27 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes on Saturday waged 15 air raids on residential areas in the provinces of Sanaa, Dhamar and Mahweet, leaving damage to houses and property.

The coalition fighter jets carried out seven raids on Sanaa, five of them hit al-Hayma al-Kharejiya district and two struck Bani Matar district, which caused damage to homes and property of citizens, according to security sources.

In Dhamar, five airstrikes targeted Qa’a al-Haql area in Dhoran Anis district, causing damage to citizens’ houses.

In Mahweet, the coalition aircrafts waged three air raids on Bani Saad district, which left damage to property.

Earlier in the day, seven civilians, including children and women, were killed in an airstrike launched by the coalition warplanes on two cars carrying citizens in al-Aod area of Dhalea province, while several civilians were killed and wounded in a similar crime in al-Ghail area of al-Sha’er district of nearby province of Ibb.
