Woman killed by UAE-backed mercenaries in Taiz

TAIZ, April 20 (YPA) – A woman was killed on Saturday by Abu al-Abbas’ mercenaries backed by United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s occupation forces opened fire towards a bus in Taiz province, according to residents.

The woman was targeted in Taiz old city.

Taiz city has seen violent clashes and assassinations operations and security disorder , between the UAE-backed mercenaries and Islamic Islah party (Muslim Brotherhood) funded by Saudi Arabia  for controlling over strategic sites and Bab al-Mandab strait.

The Saudi-led coalition has been waging a military operation against the Yemeni army and people since March 26, 2015, in flagrant violations of Yemen’s sovereignty and the international conventions.
