Army ambushes destroy coalition vehicles in Jawf

JAWF, April 16 (YPA) – Ambushes of the Yemeni army and popular committee on Tuesday continued to destroy military vehicles of Saudi-led coalition forces in fronts of Jawf province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army’s engineering unit blew up two vehicles of the coalition forces with improvised explosive devices in Astor front in Khab Washaf district, which resulted in several dead and wounded, according to the official.

On Monday, the engineering unit blew up two coalition vehicles in ambushes with explosive devices in both al-Aqaba and Khalifein fronts in Khab Washaf district, while a military vehicle carrying soldiers of the coalition was destroyed in al-Yatama front in the same district.
