President appoints undersecretary for Int’l cooperation

SANAA, April 2 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Saleh al-Sammad on Monday issued the decree No.(32) for 2018, appointing Qasim Mohammed Ali Abbas, as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation for International Cooperation Affairs.
