Water Minister urges completion of studies for water basins in Sanaa, Ibb

SANAA, April 14 (YPA) -Minister of Water and Environment Nabil Al-Wazir on Sunday directed the committee in charge of evaluating the water sources in basins of Sanaa and Ibb provinces to hasten the completion of required studies, including instant solutions to the existing water problem.

During an expanded meeting held in Sanaa, the minister stressed the importance of the plan and the study required to be implemented due to the qualitative deterioration in the two basins.

Al-Wazir referred to his ministry’s ongoing efforts and consultations with UNICEF to support the implementation of five water projects in the city of Ibb.
