YPC’s employees protest against Aden Refinery’s breaches

ADEN, April 8 (YPA) – The Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) branch’s staff in Aden province on Monday held a vigil in front of headquarters of the governor Ahmed Salimein, appointed by the exiled Hadi, to protest against breaches of regulations of Aden Refinery.

According to the employees, the Aden Refinery company has opened private stations for the sale of oil derivatives, which is contrary to the regulations and rules governing the work in the oil facility.

The protesters demanded in a memorandum handed over to the governor that the regulations should be applied and that the new violating stations be closed.
