Yemeni army launches offensive on coalition’s sites in Bayda

BAYDA, Feb. 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Monday launched an attack on sites of militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Bayda province, central of Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the battle, which took place in Qaifah district left dozens of the Saudi-hired militants dead and wounded.

The attack inflicted heavy casualties on the militants’ ranks, the official said.
