IOF arrests 16 Palestinians in West Bank

SANAA, Feb. 18 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces(IOF ) on Monday launched a campaign of raids and arrests in various areas of West Bank.

Palestinian sources have reported that the Israeli occupation forces arrested 16 Palestinians from Tulkarem, Jenin, and Hebron and Nablus provinces.

In Tulkarm city, the Israeli forces stormed the city and arrested a young man from his home, and forcing another one to surrender while clashes have reportedly erupted in the Southern district of the city.

Israeli forces stormed the town of Arabeh, south of Jenin, arresting a young man after raiding his house while erecting a military checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Jabet.

In Nablus, a young man was arrested from his home in Balata refugee camp, east of the occupied West Bank town of Nablus.

The occupation forces are carrying out daily detentions in various provinces of the occupied West Bank, in which citizens are arbitrarily arrested.
