Army inflicts coalition militias heavy casualties in attacks on various fronts over 24 hours

SANAA, Feb. 17 (YPA) – The Yemeni army inflicted heavy casualties on Saudi-led coalition and its militias in attacks on various fronts over the past 24 hours, the Military Media reported on Sunday.

In Jizan border province, the army attacked and took over sites from the Saudi army and its militias in Jahfan area and al-Faridha site, killing and injuring  dozens of soldiers and the militias.

The army foiled an assault by the militias towards al-Khubah area of Jizan, killing and inuring a number of the militias, as well as destroying a military vehicle carrying number of the Saudi soldiers.

In Najran province, the army waged an attack on sites of the militias in Rashah and al-Shurfa areas, killing, injuring several and taking over several sites.

The army destroyed a military car and another bulldozer of the militias in sites of al-Sudis and al-Ajsahar desert.

In province of Asir, the army caused heavy casualties on the militias in an attack on sites in al-Rabuah area and Alb crossing.

In Dheala province, several of the militias were killed and wounded in the army’s offensive on sites in Damt district.

In Jawf province, the army repulsed an attack by the militias towards Astor area, leaving great losses.

In Hajjah province, the army waged an artillery and rocket attack against Saudi military groups in al-Nar mountain in Haradh district.
