Report: Army wages military operation against coalition militiamen, kills dozens over 24 hours

SANAA, Dec. 1 (YPA) – The Yemeni army waged military operations against sites of Saudi-led coalition’s militiamen in the battle fronts over the past 24 hours, killing dozens and injuring others, a military official told Yemen Press Agency on Saturday.

In western coast front, the army’s drone and artillery waged a joint military operation against sites of the militiamen, inflicting heavy casualties.

The army also hit groups of the militiamen and destroyed a military bulldozer, as wellas two military vehicles in al-Duriehmie and al-Fazah areas in the same front.

In Hajjah province, the army pounded with artillery groups of the militiamen in Aham Muthalth and Hairan areas, killing, injuring several and destroying three military trucks.

In Bayda province, the army destroyed a military vehicle of the militiamen and killed its crew members in Qanih area.

In Jawf province, two military vehicles were bombed and their crew members were killed in the army’s attack in Khab Washaf district.

In Jizan province, several of the militiamen were killed and injured when the army waged an attack on their sites in Jahfan area.

Dozens of the militiamen were also killed and injured while trying to move towards sites of the army in al-Taawailq mountain in the same province.

In Najran province, the army bombed two military vehicles carrying leaders and individual the militiamen were targeted in a tight ambush in al-Dhaiq area of Buqa desert.

In Asir province, the army targeted gatherings of the militiamen in Alib crossing point and killed three militiamen in Majazah area, the official added.
