Zionist enemy approves construction of 20000 settlement units in Jerusalem

SANAA, Oct. 28 (YPA) – Zionist enemy approved construction of 20000 of new settlement units east of occupied Jerusalem over seven years, a Hebrew newspaper reported on Sunday.

The Israeli newspaper “Israel Today” reported that on Thursday, it was approved on the construction of about 20 thousand settlement units in “Maale Adumim” within the agreement between the so-called Ministry of Construction and Housing and the municipality of the settlement.

The Zionist authorities seek to cut off the geographical connection between the northern and southern West Bank by expanding the settlement.

The construction of 470 units, which have been politically approved, will soon begin, while the rest of the units will be built by 2025, the newspaper said.
