Yemen Postal authority organizes ceremony in capital to mark World Post Day
SANAA, Oct. 9 (YPA) – The Yemen General Authority for Post and Postal Saving organized on Tuesday in the capital Sanaa a ceremony to mark the World Post Day, which falls on the 9th of October.
During the celebration, Head of the authority Eng. Mohammad Mourghim delivered a speech in which he said the ceremony represent a message reflecting the steadfastness of the employees in the authority, who continue to provide the post’s services to the citizens ,” he affirmed.
“The Yemeni Postal service is continuously provides to all the province in spite of the US-backed Saudi-led coalition’s war against the Yemeni People, he affirmed.
Director General of the international office for Universal Postal Union Bishar Abdirahman Hussein who attended the ceremony said in his speech delivered before the attendants to the ceremony that the postal service became today a necessary service for all the world peoples.
