21 Palestinians arrested in West Bank

SANAA, Oct. 2 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday launched a large-scale campaign of arrest in the West Bank, arresting 21 Palestinians, while the military vehicles of occupation penetrated to a limited distance in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation forces carried out raids in various areas of the occupied West Bank, Tulkarm, Jerusalem, Hebron and Jenin, in which a number of youths were arrested, The Palestine Today Agency reported.

Witnesses said that the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man after he was beaten in front of his home in the he town of Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem.

The occupation patrols raided the village of Jalqamos east of Jenin, and clashes broke out when the occupation forces broke into the village of Anza south.
