Industry Ministry calls on Intel’s community to investigate coalition’s crimes

SANAA, Aug. 24 (YPA) – The Ministry of Industry and Commerce condemned the horrific crime committed by the Saudi-led coalition which targeted a family in Al-Ko’ei and a displaced car in Duraihimi district of Hodeidah province.

In a statement, the ministry called on the international community to investigate the crimes of the coalition against the Yemeni people and to stop the aggression and lift the siege.

The statement stressed that the continuation of the US-Saudi aggression alliance and its perpetration in committing crimes against children in Yemen and targeting displaced persons and women consider as  war crimes and will not be subject to statute of limitations.

The statement reiterated calling the international community to shoulder its responsibility for war crimes committed by the coalition the Yemeni people.

The statement called on the United Nations, the Human Rights Council and human rights organizations to take moral and humanitarian responsibility and to condemn and stop systematic war crimes committed by the forces of coalition.

The Ministry pointed out that the international silence towards the massacres perpetrated by the aggression against the Yemeni people, is what encouraged the coalition to continue killing children and women.

The ministry considered this silence and blatant international complicity for three and a half years as a stain on the international community, the United Nations and international organizations.
