Yemen army clears several positions in Asir

ASIR, Aug. 4 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Saturday night launched an offensive against the positions of the Saudi-backed militias in Saudi’s Asir province, south Saudi Arabia, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official said that the army forces were able to clear several positions were taken by the militias off Alib border crossing, killing and injuring dozens of them.

The army seized Saudi Bradley vehicle and a military bulldozer during the operation, the official added.
