Luqman: Coalition forces dying in western coast

SANAA, July 23 (YPA) – A spokesman for the Yemen Armed Forces, Sharaf Luqman, said on Sunday that the forces of coalition are unable to advance in the West Coast Front, referring to the siege of the coalition forces in the areas of Durahmi, Jahah and Faza.

He added in a statement on Al-Alam channel that Hodeidah is safe and the battles are 100 kilometers away, stressing the inability of the Saudi-led coalition forces to enter the city of Tuhaita after three weeks of fierce fighting.

Luqman denied the stopping of  the aggression operations on the Western Coast Front because of the truce.

“The enemy’s support forces, which come from Mukha, have not been able to cross Fayza area to reach Jah,” and then Durahmi, as far as Hodeidah, Luqman added.

Luqman Statement was  confirmed by the events on the ground as the Yemeni forces repelled two  infiltration attempts of coalition forces in the east of Tuhaita in Hodeidah, which lasted hours, and ended with the killing and wounding dozens of them.

The army also targeted coalition forces in the  north of Durahmi in Hodeidah, after a fragmentation explosion in their gatherings, killing and injuring many of them.

In the north of Yakhtel in the western coast, the air force carried out an drone’s  attacks on a camp of aggression forces targeting the command centers of the UAE invaders.

Meanwhile, the army  targeted gatherings of coalition force  in the south and east of Waziaiah junction by artillery shells, resulting in the deaths and injuries in their ranks.
