Report: Yemeni missile force attacks coalition’s camps in west coast

SANAA, May 29 (YPA) – The missile force of Yemeni army bombed on Tuesday several camps of Saudi-led coalition troops in a number of areas in the west coast front, an official at Ministry of Defense told Yemen Press Agency.

A series of ballistic missiles hit positions and camps of the coalition forces in the west coast, inflicting human and material losses on them, according to the official.

He said the missile attack is a military strategy used by the army in the battle of the west coast in accordance with the requirements for facing the enemy plan, which has been prepared in joint US-Israeli-British-Saudi-UAE operating rooms long time ago.

“Military operations against the invasion and occupation forces will witness defensive and offensive tactics to ensure superiority over enemies,” the official said.

He referred to the achievements of the army over the past hours.

According to the official, the army repelled an infiltration of the coalition forces in north of al-Tuhaita district of Hodeida province, destroying several military armored vehicles.

A unique military operation carried out by the army forces against positions of Saudi-backed militias in south of Hais district, and resulted in capturing of three militants.

In Taiz province, the army forces controlled several sites toward Himiyar area after repulsing an infiltration of the coalition troops.

In Bayda province, the coalition forces and their militias failed to retake the sites, which were taken by the army in Qaniah and al-Wahbya area on Monday.
