Major explosion hits Hadi’s Defense Ministry headquarters in Marib

MARIB, March 11 (YPA) – A massive explosion rocked on Thursday evening the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense of the “Hadi government” loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Marib city of Marib, eastern the capital Sanaa.

Local sources in Marib confirmed that they heard a sound of a huge explosion at the headquarters of the Defense Ministry of “Hadi’s government” in the city of Marib this evening, without knowing its cause.

Ambulance cars rushed to the site to transport the dead and wounded to the main hospital in the city, amid tightened security measures by the coalition forces, the sources added.
