Army seizes important camp of coalition’s troops in Marib

MARIB, Feb. 9 (YPA) – The Yemeni army and popular committees were able on Tuesday to seize Kawfal camp, one of the most important camps of coalition’s troops in north of Marib province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources affirmed that Marib city witnessed fierce battles among the army and coalition’s mercenaries.

The sources pointed out that the army controlled the camp completely, seized military weapons including armored vehicles, tanks and cannons.

The army and popular committees advanced from Kawfal camp to al-Ziaaf area that witness battles and heavy losses for coalition’s mercenaries.
