Saudi-led coalition warplanes wage air strikes, using cluster munitions on Saada

SAADA, May 24 (YPA) -The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes on Thursday morning launched a series of air strikes using cluster munitions on Saada province north of Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The air strikes hit several areas of Manabah border district.

The official added that cluster bombs scattered over the citizens’ houses and farms, causing material damages in addition to imposing threat for the life of the civilians.

Yemen remains locked under the barbaric Saudi-led coalition war and blockade since March 2015.
