Senior commander killed in Abyan

ABYAN, Nov. 24 (YPA) – A senior commander was killed on Tuesday by Islah militants in Yemen’s southern province of Abyan, sources said.

The sources affirmed that the commander Saleh Karam Al-Keldi, loyal to the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council militia, was killed in armed clashes with Islah militants in Sheikh Salem front.

Most of areas of Abyan have seen security anarchy and assassinations carried out by the two sides
