Justice Minister stresses importance of legal secretaries’ role in achieving justice

SANAA, Oct. 17 (YPA) – Minister of Justice, Mohammad Al-Dailami, stressed on Saturday the importance of the role of legal secretaries in achieving justice and preserving the rights of citizens.

Al-Dailami affirmed the need of investigating accuracy, integrity and credibility in carrying out their duties in accordance with the law.

The minister explained that the Ministry’s launch of the training program for the last quarter of this year aimed to raise the legal level, develop the judicial administration and improve performance and work.

Al-Dailami affirmed that the documentation system that seeks to prove contracts, obligations and other actions with legitimate and legal conditions, aims to review contracts between the components of society to ensure that they do not violate Islamic Sharia, public order and laws in force for easing adjudication in the event of a dispute.

The move came during his opening of two training sessions in Sanaa on managing the case file for secretaries and documentation work for legal secretaries.
