Bandits kill truck’s driver, loot 2 millions riyals in Marib

MARIB, Sept. 22 (YPA) – Local sources in Marb province reported the death of a driver of a truck on the highway in the area of al-Rawik area in Marib province, which is under the control of Hadi forces .

According to the sources, bandits intercepted his way and killed him and stole everything he had.

The truck driver tried to resist, but he was shot dead and 2 million riyals were stolen by bandits after killing him and leaving a dead body on the Rawik-Al-Hazm road near the battle fronts, the sources said.

There are more than 20 military points in the Rawik highway,  whose mission is to collect improvement collections and has not moved to stop the bandits’ actions.
