Yemen army continues to advance militarily in Marib

MARIB, Sep. 7 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Monday continued to advance militarily towards the southwestern fronts of Marib city, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official said in the army fought fierce battles against the Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and the mercenaries gatherings in al-Joubah district, south of the city of Ma’rib, during which it was able to penetrate clear more than 69 km / square into the district during the past 48 hours.

The official affirmed that the operation by the army was a great shock to the coalition countries and caused a major collapse of their forces.

The sources indicated that the coalition forces, during the past hours, cut off the roads leading to the center of Joubah district with combat fortifications.
