Tribesmen prevents Saudi reinforcements from reaching Shahan outlet

MAHRA, Aug. 23 (YPA) – Tribal gunmen prevented on Sunday entering of Saudi military reinforcements to border Shahan crossing in Mahra province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources declared that Shahan tribes prevented the Saudi troops from reaching the outlet.

The gunmen forced the Saudi forces to return to their camp in Hat district, the sources added.

The sources pointed out that the Saudi occupation forces moved towards the crossing under the pretext of delivering a thermal examination device, which will be installed at the crossing, as part of anti-smuggling measures.
