ICRC stresses possibility of supporting central reforms in Yemen

SANAA, July 5 (YPA) – he head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, Mane’a  al-Asal, discussed with the deputy head of the International Committee of the Red Cross David Guchman the possibility of supporting central reforms.
The meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program, addressed the needs of emergency corrections, including medical equipment, food and accommodation.

The head of the department praised the services and activities of the Red Cross Committee and the UNDP, calling for its expansion and sustainability.
Guchman indicated that the ICRC is ready to do more activities in the reforms and in various fields.
