Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi stresses need to adhere to Quranic position
SANAA, March 21 (YPA) – Sayyed Abdulmlaik Badr al-Din al-Houthi stressed, in a speech he delivered on Saturday evening on the martyrdom anniversary of Leader Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the need to adhere to “the Quranic position” that trends to confront US-Israeli attack.
Sayyed Abdulmalik noted that “the martyr leader Sayyed Hussein al-Houthi is the martyr of the Quran, and that his martyrdom anniversary is an important station, from which awareness is drawn and insight is gain in light of the continued aggression and the gravity of the stage the nation is going through.
He pointed out that Sayyed Hussein al-Houthi had decided his choice and built his position based on the return to the Holy Quran.
“We realize the importance of his choice when we see the sensitivity and seriousness of the stage in which he moved with his Quranic project,” he added.
Sayyed Abdulmalik indicated that the martyr leader presented more than 100 lessons and lectures related to the Quranic option in all political, economic, media and military fields.
He affirmed that “the Quranic position, in its general title, tends to confront the US-Israeli attack and draws up for the nation a practical program to be at the level of confrontation.”
“The confrontation option drawn from the Quranic position is the natural position for us as Muslims,” Sayyed Abdulmalik said.
He explained “the Quranic project of Sayyed Hussein was confronted by the authority (the former regime) under American supervision, which was clearly expressed by the US ambassador in Sanaa with great hostility.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik confirmed that Sayyed Hussein did not back down or bargain because he carried the spirituality of the Quran.
In the same context, Sayyed Abdulmalik noted in his speech, saying: “After the September 11 incident, America moved and employed the event to the fullest extent to tighten its full control over our Muslim nation.”
“Some of the nation’s sons have tended to adopt the option of obedience to America and work to implement its agenda, in addition to the option of loyalty to Israel, and worked on this approach inside the Islamic arena,” Sayyed al-Houthi said.
He added some of the people of the nation, their choice was to silence and stop any action against America and Israel. “Some others had anti-Israeli hegemony positions, and they moved in the face of the American attack under the national headlines, but they retreated or were defeated and frustrated.”
